Requirements
Minimum Education:
- Possess Degree / professional qualification recognised by Accounting or ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CA or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years’ relevant working experience preferably in audit/accounting firm or hospitality industry.
Required Languages:
- Proficient in English communication (verbal and written).
- Proficient in Malay communication (verbal and written).
Required Skills & Knowledge:
- Ability to handle the full set of accounts and proficiency in computerized accounting software.
- Strong analytical aptitude with excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
- Manage the Finance Department and supervise all functions within the department.
- Supervise the development and implementation of goals, policies, and procedures related to financial management, budgeting, accounting, and corporate matters.
- Review, prepare, and submit monthly compliance checklists for management reports.
- Participate in the Business Planning Process and prepare the Annual Budget.
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly and quarterly management and financial reports.
- Monitor actual performance against budgets and corresponding periods, highlighting and explaining variances.
- Attend to all accounting-related matters and ensure compliance.

- Prescribe herbal medicine as required.
- Explain treatments and procedures clearly to customers.
- Monitor and supervise customers’ health progress during treatments.

- Ensure medical instruments are well-maintained at all times.
- Support clinical waste management and ensure compliance with infection control requirements.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and resolve issues.
