CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

The Customer Services Executive is responsible to handle all walk-in and phone call enquiries, facilitate customers’ service appointments, update members’ benefit entitlement, coordinate TCM services and ensure entire TCM services are delivered smoothly, daily cash collection, conduct reminder calls or services invitation call to members and provide necessary support in promoting TCM services and products.

  1. Minimum qualification : SPM/STPM
  2. Fluent in Chinese, English & Bahasa Malaysia
  3. Good communication & customer service care, independent, computer literately.
  4. Willing to work on shift, Public Holiday. Preferable candidate with experience.
  5. Experience in related work is an added advantage

检客户服务行政人员

    Responsibilities and Tasks

    1. Research & Statistics

        • Responsible for the sales statistics, summary and analysis of the sells, regularly submitted to the manager.
        • Responsible for market research, market information collecting/analysis/assessment, and submit a survey report to superior.
        • Develop product sales plan to ensure that the commodity structure is reasonable.
        • Regularly review introduction of new goods and eliminate unsold commodities.
        • Regulate product procurement-sales plan, product inventory management, product type management, etc.

    2. Procurement and warehouse: Be responsible for the maintenance of products on the shelves, including ordering, replenishment, warehousing, regular stock taking, etc.

    Qualifications

    1. Preferred Education Bachelor Degree, those with academic backgrounds, such as nutrition, biological medicine, pharmacology, food engineering, etc.
