2. Customer Service Executive
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and constantly improving service index.
- Ensuring work are executed according to procedures and policies.
- Liaise and attend to members and customers needs.
- Prepare relevant daily reports and documents for departmental head.
- To ensure “Quality & Efficient Service” provided to all members and guests at all times.
- Ensure “Total Customer Satisfaction” at all times.
- To perform any other related duties according to the operational needs from time to time
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma Mass Communications, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Have strong desire to constantly improve and achieve results.
- Self motivated individual with high degree of team spirit.
- Good communication skills and computer literate.
- Able to work in a challenging and vibrant environment.
- Good spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Preferably able to speak in Mandarin & one local Chinese dialect.
- Possessed good complaint handling skill.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Seri Kembangan and Mont Kiara.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Pleasant disposition, honest, responsible and diligent in carrying out duties.
