4. Accounts cum Administrative Officer Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Managing daily accounting requirements.
  • To monitor financial activities of the company.
  • To monitor inventory and fixed asset of the company.
  • Managing daily administrative activities and processes.
  • Take part or Committed in ISO 9001:2000 Procedure and Role when required.
  • To assist in year end audit and dealing with necessary authorized organizations .
  • Ensure compliance and timely submission of required reports.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Experience in financial audit is an added advantage.
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required.
  • Have strong desire to constantly improve and achieve results.
  • Good communication skills is essential.
  • Self motivated individual with high degree of team spirit.
  • Good communication skills and computer literate.
  • Able to work in a challenging and vibrant environment.
  • Good spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Preferably able to speak in Mandarin & one local Chinese dialect.
  • Possessed good complaint handling skill.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Seri Kembangan and Mont Kiara.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  • Pleasant disposition, honest, responsible and diligent in carrying out duties.
