1. IT Support Cum Graphic Designer

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and constantly improving service index.
• Ensuring work are executed according to procedures and policies.
• Providing front-end hardware, software and office automation support to all user.
• Perform daily system backup with proper management system.
• Provide monthly and quarterly system health check.
• Maintain existing and assist in the implementation of in-house developed applications.
• Maintain existing websites and Supporting imaging department in producing CDs for members.
• Build strong relationship and good rapport with other team members.
• Liaising with suppliers for technical issues and purchases.
• To assists in planning of system upgrade and system implementation.
• To assists in system evaluation (both software & hardware).

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
• Familiar with graphic and web designing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Macromedia Studio, Microsoft Frontpage, Java and ASP.
• Able to independently handle medium scale network setup, server and database administration, system troubleshooting and other system support.
• Have strong desire to constantly improve and achieve results.
• Self motivated individual with high degree of team spirit.
• Good communication skills is essential.
• Able to work in a challenging and vibrant environment.
• Good spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Preferably able to speak in Mandarin & one local Chinese dialect.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Seri Kembangan and Mont Kiara.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Pleasant disposition, honest, responsible and diligent in carrying out duties.
